Brazilian operator TIM Participacoes is to expand its 3G network over the next three years, CEO Luca Luciani told the Dow Jones Newswire.
The telco plans to make the service available to some 60% of the Brazilian population by 2012, and the CEO added that he expects the country’s mobile market to continue growing, expanding by some 5% over the coming three years, with broadband and internet set for a 50% growth spurt over the same period.
