The base price for bidding in Thailand’s 3G licence auction has been raised from Bt12.8bn (US$370m) from Bt10bn, according to local reports.
The Nation reported that the National Telecommunications Commission had changed the price structure ahead of the proposed September auction. The same report also said that if the three licences are not all sold at once then the left over ones will be allocated by the end of the year.
