Canadian wireless broadband operator Terago has appointed Joe Prodan as its new CFO.
Prodan is reunited with Stewart Lyons, who was hired as Terago’s CEO last month, after they both left indebted operator Mobilicity last year.
The new CFO replaces Bosco Chan who has been acting in the position since May last year following the departure of Scott Browne, who left to pursue other interests.
Prodan began as CFO earlier this week and Chan has now returned to his position as vice president of finance.
Commenting on the appointment, Lyons said: “Joe’s accomplishments include nurturing nascent growth businesses, successful capital raises, and prudent financial and business management, and his skill set in driving business operations precisely matches Terago’s immediate needs.”
Prior to his four-year spell at wireless carrier Mobilicity, Prodan was CFO at satellite radio broadcaster SiriusXM.
