Mexico’s biggest fixed-line operator, Telmex announced that it has won a court case against long-distance and business telecoms operator, Marcatel.
Telmex had claimed Ps1.6bn (US$129.6m) from Marcatel in back fees that the company owed for using Telmex’s fixed line infrastructure.
Telmex said that a judgement has now ordered Marcatel to pay it the money that it owes.
