PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is considering acquiring 12,000 towers from PT Indosat for around US$330m, according to local reports.

Telkom is currently conducting due diligence on the deal which, if completed, will see the management of the tower transferred to its unit PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi.
