TeliaSonera’s head of mobile services Kenneth Karlberg will leave the company as part of a “need to change leadership profiles,” the group said in a statement.
Karlberg will be replaced by Håkan Dahlström, who current heads the broadband services department.
Explaining Karlberg’s departure, group CEO Lars Nyberg praised his achievements but said the group needed to “change certain behaviours and act more like one company” to develop further.
“In such a process, you sometimes have to change leadership profiles. Therefore,
Kenneth Karlberg leaves his position,” Nyberg said in a statement.
Dahlström will be replaced by his current deputy head, Anders Gylder, while Malin Frenning, currently head of the wholesale and international unit, will take over Gylder’s role when Gylder retires at the end of the year.
