Norwegian telecom incumbent Telenor is planning to launch a tender offer for E500m of notes, according to a Reuters report.
The news agency says the transaction will offer two outstanding E500m floating rate notes maturing in 2011 and 2012 respectively….

The news agency says the transaction will offer two outstanding E500m floating rate notes maturing in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Deutsche Bank and ING will reportedly manage the transaction, while pricing should take place on March 30.
