Norwegian telecoms incumbent Telenor has priced notes totalling SKr 3.4bn (US$533m) in two tranches due 19 March 2019.
The SKr 2.3bn tranche carries a 2.375% coupon and priced at 99,721, while the SKr 1.1bn bond pays 0.63% over three month STIBOR and priced at par.
Nordea Markets and SEB acted as joint lead managers, according to a stock exchange filing.
The telco said proceeds from the notes, which will be listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange, will be used for general corporate purposes.
