Telekom Slovenije has appointed Rudolf Skobe as president of its management board for the next four years.
Skobe will assume his new role on 1 September, when current president Ivica Kranjcevic retires, the Slovenian telco said in a statement.

Skobe will assume his new role on 1 September, when current president Ivica Kranjcevic retires, the Slovenian telco said in a statement.
Born in 1973, Skobe has more than 15 years’ experience in operative and management roles within the telecoms sector, according to the statement.
He joined Telekom Slovenije as a systems engineer after graduating from university in Ljubljana and, in 1998, became head of sales and marketing. From 1999 to 2003, Skobe served as a supervisory board member and, in 2006, was appointed director.
Skobe will head up Telekom Slovenije’s TSMedia division before starting as president of the management board.
