Telekom Austria has agreed to pay E335m for the remaining 30% stake in Belorussian mobile operator Velcom it does not already own.
The Austrian group bought its initial 70% stake in October 2007 for E730m. In fact, it bought a stake in Cyprus-based Samauwi Brothers Telecom, or SB Telecom, which has full control of Velcom.
It will pay for the stake with its existing cash flow.
