KGHM is reportedly looking to complete the sale by the end of Q2. Last year, the book value of the asset was reported to be PLN825m (E290m).
Netia could be a potential bidder.
Telefonia Dialog launched an MVNO in February 2010 under the name of Diallo, using Polkomtel’s network
KGHM was not immediately available for comments.
