Telecom New Zealand announced today that it has appointed Nick Olson as chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 1.
Olson, who joined the company in 2002, served as acting CFO in 2008. He has also been at the forefront of the company’s Ultra-fast Broadband program.
He replaces Russ Houlden, who resigned to become CFO at UK infrastructure player United Utilities, according to a New Zealand Herald report in May.
