Italian incumbent Telecom Italia has issued E250m in notes maturing in 2017, according to media reports.
Reuters reported that the notes, which carry a coupon of 7%, had an issue price of 102.522.
The lead managers for the transaction were reportedly BNP Paribas, Banca IMI, BBVA, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca and Banca di Credito Finanziario.
According to Reuters, the notes have been issued as a part of Telecom Italia’s Euro Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme.
The E250m is reportedly added to an existing bond, so that the total issue size will now be E1bn when fungible.
