Swedish operator Tele2 has sold a SEK500m (US$77m) seven-year bond to an undisclosed buyer.
The notes are subject to a floating rate coupon and have an investor put/issuer call option every three months.
A Tele2 spokesman said the notes were part of a bilateral deal with a Swedish counterpart, which will hold onto the bond until it matures.
Issued under the company’s EMTN programme, they will not be listed.
Tele2’s SEK750m (US$115m) bond at the end of November was arranged by SEB.
