Stockholm-based Tele2 has placed two new unsecured bonds totalling NOK1.3bn (US$229.2m) in the Norwegian market.
The company said in a statement the amount is split between a three-year bond of NOK300m (US$52.9m) and a five-year bond of NOK1bn (US$176.4m).
The bonds are priced at NIBOR +1.7% and NIBOR +2.35% respectively.
DNB Markets and Swedbank First Securities acted as joint bookrunners for the transactions, while Ondra Partners were financial advisors.
