Swedish mobile operator Tele2 has reportedly priced a two-tranche bond totalling SKr2.3bn (US$356m).
Both tranches mature on 15 March 2017 and have Handlesbanken and Nordea as lead arrangers, reports Reuters citing data supplied by International Insider.
Tele2 was not immediately available for comment.
The first tranche was issued for SKr800m (US$117m) at 99.891, carrying a fixed-rate coupon of 4.875%. The second tranche priced at par to raise SKr1.5bn (US$219m), carrying a floating rate coupon of 285 basis points over 3-month Stibor.
