Swedish operator Tele2 has placed an 18 months SEK500m (€60.5m) bond in the Swedish bond market.
The bond, which was issued under the company’s EMTN program and will be listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange, has a floating rate with a coupon of 3 month stibor +0.95%.
Swedbank acted as lead manager for the bond.
At the end of June Tele2 had net debt of SEK17.6bn (€2.13bn) and a debt/equity ration of 1.04.
