Tele2 Lithuania has sold its cable operation to VDNET for about SEK40m (E4.4m) on a debt and cash free basis.
At the end of September, Tele2 Lithuania’s cable operator had 10,700 fixed broadband users and 33,000 TV subscribers. Tele2 said its Lithuanian cable operation affected its operating revenue in the first nine months of the year by SEK18m and Q3 2010 by SEK6m.
