Stockholm-based alternative operator Tele2 has completed its first issuance under the new Swedish Commercial Paper programme, which enables it to raise as much as SEK 1.5bn (US$221m).
The exact amount and terms were not disclosed by Tele2, but this programme enables the company to issue commercial papers with a maturity of up to 12 months, which the company said will complement its core funding activities.
SEB is the arranger for the programme, with Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank listed as dealers.
