Danish telecom incumbent TDC has acquired AinaCom’s fibre optic network in Helsinki.
As part of the deal, AinaCom will become a strategic partner to TDC and buy part of its services through the Danish company.
The deal strengthens TDC’s strategic position, Jens Munch-Hansen, who heads TDC Nordic, said in a statement.
TDC aims to become the Nordics’ leader in corporate services, he added.
