Danish incumbent TDC’s private equity owners have narrowed the price range for its E1.8bn share offer to DKK50-DKK52 a share, according to reports.
Final pricing will be confirmed late tomorrow, with a formal announcement due the following day, a statement released on 6 December by TDC revealed.
NTC, a consortium that includes PE firms Blackstone and Apax Partners, announced on 25 November that it would sell 210 million shares in the operator within a range of DKr47 to DKr 56 for each share. The group could also sell an additional 31.5 million shares as an overallotment option.
TDC was unable to comment before press time.
