Danish telco TDC has issued €500m in 10-year unsecured notes in order to repay existing debt.

TDC said that the proceeds would be used to repay bonds maturing this year.
Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley managed the transaction.
The bond received a BBB rating from Fitch, BBB from Standard & Poor’s and Baa2 from Moody’s.
