Tacom appoints Surla as CEO

Tacom, the subsidiary of VimpelCom in Tajikistan that operates using the Beeline brand, has appointed Milosh Surla as its new CEO.
He replaces Sergei Mironov who was appointed as CEO of Kar-Tel, a subsidiary of Vimpelcom in Kazakhstan, in March….

Tacom, the subsidiary of VimpelCom in Tajikistan that operates using the Beeline brand, has appointed Milosh Surla as its new CEO.

He replaces Sergei Mironov who was appointed as CEO of Kar-Tel, a subsidiary of Vimpelcom in Kazakhstan, in March.

Surla joins from mobile operator Yota Bel where he was head of commercial functions in Belarus.
