Mobile operator T-Mobile Netherlands has appointed Thomas Berlemann, a director of sales and service at Telekom Deutschland, as its new managing director.
According to a T-Mobile statement, the appointment will come into effect on 1 January 2012.
Berlemann joined the Deutsche Telekom group in 2003. His roles since then have included director of customer service at T-Mobile Deutschland and managing director at Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice.
Berlemann will replace Bart Weijermars. T-Mobile said that Weijermars had decided to leave in order “to pursue new challenges outside Deutsche Telekom Group”.
