The sale raised some SEK2bn (US$316.5m) for the Swedish government.
TeliaSonera is the Swedish incumbent, Net4Mobility is a JV between Swedish altnet Tele2 and Norwegian incumbent Telenor, and HI3G Access is the local mobile business of Hong Kong’s Hutchinson.
