Ram Viswanathan, president and CEO of internet of things (IoT) and 5G satellite communications specialist Omnispace, has joined the Connectivity Business Summit 2022 speaker faculty for the panel discussion “Capital investment: sources, trends and opportunities” at 9:15 a.m. ET on Wednesday, June 15.
The Connectivity Business Summit 2022, taking place June 14-15 in New York City, will explore the critical strategic and financial issues impacting the global satellite and terrestrial connectivity infrastructure and services industry.

On Monday, Omnispace added Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) to its list of partners, as the companies are working to deliver direct-to-device connectivity.
A serial entrepreneur, Visnawathan has co-founded companies in the satellite, telecom and technology spaces. He began his career at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company. He holds master’s degrees from Stanford University and MIT.
