Cellcom scores injunction against Golan-Hot agreement

Israeli market leader Cellcom has succeeded in obtaining a district court injunction to halt a network sharing agreement between smaller rivals Golan Telecom and Hot Mobile. Cellcom announced last week that it had taken legal action against Golan for working on the agreement with Hot and had previously said it would demand NIS900m (US$233m) in compensation.
