Australian ISP TPG Telecom has won Singapore’s new entrant spectrum auction, outbidding Xavier Niel-backed Singaporean ISP MyRepublic by S$2.5m (US$1.76m). TPG, which will become the country’s fourth mobile operator, is paying S$105m (US$73.7m) for a provisional 60 MHz of spectrum.
