Jill Smith, the president and CEO of satellite imagery provider DigitalGlobe, will step down from her position next year, according to an SEC filing. She said she will not review her employment agreement due to expire on September 1, 2011.
The US company has already hired a recruitment firm to find a successor to Smith, who came on board in 2005. She had previously been the president and CEO of eDial, a collaboration software company.
