The management of Polish state-owned railway company PKP has shortlisted six candidates for the sale of its telecoms unit TK Telekom, Telecompaper reports quoting local news agency PAP.
The names of the bidders have not been disclosed, but they will be able to carry out due diligence of the company.
The advising consortium consists of Access CF Sp zoo, Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiello Wrebiak i Wspolnicy and Business Consulting Sp zoo.
TK Telekom provides internet, voice and data transmission services for the railways and other clients.
The companies were not immediately available for comments.
