UK cableco Virgin Media has promoted Scott Dresser to general counsel and company secretary with immediate effect.
Dresser, formerly deputy general counsel, replaces Bryan Hall, who had been appointed to the role in 2004 and has now decided to return to the US.
“Bryan assembled a very strong legal department around him which made the decision to promote Scott an easy one,” said CEO Neil Berkett.
