Nafta-Moskva, they vehicle of Russian investor Suleiman Kerimov, has hinted that it is interested in a seat on the board of Rostelecom, in which it recently acquired a 5.8% stake.
To achieve this goal, Nafta-Moskva might increase its stake in the Russian operator, Reuters reported with reference to a Nafta-Moskva statement.
The short article quoted the company as saying that it does not exclude to increase its current shareholding in Rostelecom to a level that would entitle it to a seat on the board of the telco.
