The Central branch of Russian national operator Rostelecom is expected to launch commercially an MVNO on April 25, according to media reports.
The company has reportedly completed its MVNO-based voice services tests on the network of mobile operator Sky Link.
State-owned holding company Svyazinvest owns 100% of Sky Link and 43% of Rostelecom. In turn, Rostelecom owns 25% plus one share in Svyazinvest, while the Russian Federation holds 75% minus one share.
