Austrian investor Ronny Pecik was elected as a new member to the Telekom Austria supervisory board on Wednesday afternoon.
According to local media reports Pecik received 73% of votes.

Austrian investor Ronny Pecik was elected as a new member to the Telekom Austria supervisory board on Wednesday afternoon.
According to local media reports Pecik received 73% of votes.
Egypt investor Naguib Sawiris, who together with Pecik owns around 21% of TA shares, did not stand for election as previously planned. Sawiris decided not to seek a board membership, Pecik announced at today’s AGM.
The new supervisory board will have nine members, up from eight members previously.
