The transaction could be worth up to E14m, valuing each of New Com 70,000 subscribers at up to E200.
New Com’s network is operational in Bucarest and andTransylvania, two wealthy parts of the country.
The deal will be signed by Romtelecom’s cable unit Nextgen Communications.
