Ray Leclercq has stepped down as CFO of UK incumbent BT Global Services to join investment house Gores, TelecomFinance understands.
Himanshu Raja, formerly CFO of BT Innovate & Design, has replaced Leclercq, who joined BT Global Services in 2008.

Ray Leclercq has stepped down as CFO of UK incumbent BT Global Services to join investment house Gores, TelecomFinance understands.
Himanshu Raja, formerly CFO of BT Innovate & Design, has replaced Leclercq, who joined BT Global Services in 2008.
A BT spokesman declined to comment on Leclercq’s new position, but said that while at BT he “instituted cost reductions, new financial controls, new arrangements with suppliers and other changes that enabled BT Global Services to achieve sequential improvements in EBITDA between 2009 and 2010 and substantial improvements in its cash profile. Himanshu and Ray worked closely together to ensure a smooth handover”.
