Wireless infrastructure company Qualcomm announced that it had made three appointments to board positions.
In a statement, Qualcomm announced that Steve Altman will become its new vice chairman, Steve Mollenkopf will become president and COO, and Derek Aberle will become executive VP and group president.
All three are already employed by the company.
The changes will come into effect on 12 November.
