German cableco PrimaCom is considering make further acquisitions following its recent purchase of smaller operator Sy-Fra Antennentechnik.
Primacom CEO Joachim Grendel said the company is looking to expand its portfolio of cablecos, according to RapidTV News.
In November last year, Primacom rejected an unsolicited takeover offer from larger rival Tele Columbus, saying it envisages itself as a buyer rather than a seller in any in-market consolidation deal.
Grendel revealed at the time that the company’s growth plan is fully-funded until 2017.
Managing director Wolf Waschkuhn previously said Primacom had made bids for Tele Columbus’ Berlin assets and for Deutsche Telekabel, another player in the field.
