Primacom, the German cableco, has appointed Robert Latka as CFO and member of the board of Primacom Management.
Latka, who is 46, was most recently CFO of Austria, Germany and Switzerland at S&T Austria.
At the same time Primacom parent Medfort announced that Michael Dorn, previously MD and COO of Primacom Management, has stepped down with immediate effect.
Earlier this month Primacom had hired former Unitymedia COO and MD Joachim Grendel as spokesperson for the management board.
