The shareholders of Polish mobile operator Polkomtel have decided not to list the operator on the Warsaw stock exchange, according to the Warsaw Business Journal.
The decision was reportedly taken for financial reasons.
Unicredit is advising the company, while oil refiner PKN Orlen has appointed Nomura for the sale of its 24.39% stake in the mobile operator.
KGHM and Vodafone also hold 24.39% of Polkomtel each, while PGE holds 21.85% and Weglokoks 4.78%.
