Polish TMT group Midas is planning to issue eight-year bonds worth a total PLN205m (US$65m).
The Warsaw-listed group – made up of the companies CenterNet, Mobyland and Aero2 – said in a stock exchange announcement that its board has decided to issue up to 600,000 ‘series A’ bonds at PLN342.77 (US$107.42) each.
The bonds are set to be issued on 29 March and mature on the same date in 2021.
They are set to be placed on the Catalyst Market, the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system.
The proceeds are to be used to fund the second stage of the company’s LTE/HSPA+ network deployment.
CenterNet and Mobyland launched a commercial LTE telecoms network in September 2010.
