Poland’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) plans to sell the remaining 2×25 MHz in the 1800 band available within the next year.
A tender could be launched by the end of Q1 2012, but the exact date depends on a necessary change in legislation which is the responsibility of the government, a spokesperson at the regulator said.
The conditions of use of the frequencies to be awarded will remain technologically neutral.
