Orange Polska CFO Jacques de Galzain has resigned after more than three years in the role.
CEO Bruno Duthoit will propose the appointment of group controller Maciej Nowohonski as his successor at a supervisory board meeting on 13 March, the company said in a statement.
Nowohonski will take on CFO duties until an official appointment is made.
Orange Polska is part of France’s Orange Group.
