GSMA, the association representing the interest of mobile operators worldwide, has appointed Anne Bouverot as director general and member of the board.
Bouverot joins from France Telecom Orange where she was executive vice president of mobile services.
She will start on 1 September, replacing Rob Conway whose departure was announced in June.
