Joerg Henseleit has been appointed MD for France Telecom’s Orange Business Services Switzerland at the beginning of the month, the company announced.
Prior to joining Orange Business Services, 51 year old Henseleit, has worked for, amongst others, IBM, PwC and Unisys before joining Verizon in 2006. He became head of Verizon Switzerland in 2008.
More recently, he acted as CEO for KPN Getronics in Germany.
Employing more than 400 staff in Geneva and Zurich, Orange Business Services Switzerland provides IT and telco services to customers in the country.
Henseleit’s predecessor Peter J. Moebius, who led the Swiss activities since the inception of Orange Business Services, will focus on key customer business development as Vice President International Business Development, the company said.
