Orange and Vivendi’s Canal Plus have announced a 50-50 joint venture to bring together their cinema channels
Orange ciné max and TPS Star channels will be merged into Orange ciné star, a channel that will offer films and TV series. The new channel will be distributed through the Orange and CANALSAT networks. Orange said in a release that Orange ciné Star would be available to any operator in order for the new JV to break even.
