West Virginia-based telco nTelos announced on Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of operator FiberNet from One Communications Corp.
The purchase price of the transaction was US$169m, although the net cash consideration was US$163m after taking away working capital and other adjustments. The deal means nTelos will now have an additional 30,000 customers in Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia.
