Swedish mobile operator TeliaSonera has announced plans to appoint Robert Andersson as president and CEO of Sonera, its Finnish mobile subsidiary.
Andersson, who has previously held a number of executive positions at Finnish vendor Nokia, including senior VP for strategic alliances and business development, will take up his new role at Sonera from 14 May.
He will replace Juha-Pekka Weckstroem, who moved to running TeliaSonera’s Eurasian business development at the end of last year.
