Alexander Yudichev was appointed director of RTC-Orenburg, a branch of Regional Technical Center, an alternative telecoms operator in the Siberian region which is owned by Comstar UTS.
Vladimir Alaev, director general of RTC, director of COMSTAR-Regions Siberia, said: “Today, RTC-Orenburg is facing two major strategic tasks: expansion of the company regional presence and enhanced scope of the services provided. In the nearest future, we plan to enter markets of Orsk and Novotroitsk, Orenburg neighbouring towns. Our core business shall be provision of broadband services both for corporate and private customers. I am sure that Alexander Yudichev will easily handle these tasks.”
In the past, Yudichev worked in Region telecom company, CB Incombank and was a co-founder of a chain of mobile communications stores and Merkuriy advertising agency.
