Eaton Towers, an African tower investments group headquartered in London, has named Peter Lewis as its CFO.
He joins the company from Millicom, a Luxembourg-based mobile network provider with operations in America and Africa. At Millicom, Lewis served as treasurer and head of corporate finance.
In a statement, Alan Harper, Eaton Towers CEO, said: “[Lewis] has an impressive international track record in the telecoms sector and brings expertise of raising debt funding and the towers business in Africa. Following the recent investment in our business, we are poised to expand our operations across sub-Saharan Africa and have several major deals in the pipeline.”
In September, Eaton Towers secured a US$150m cash injection from Capital International Private Equity Funds (CIPEF) to expand its business.
